Peller Demands Immediate Refund After ₦100M House Deposit Yields No Progress
Nigerian streamer Peller has raised serious concerns regarding a real estate project he committed to earlier this year.
In a previous update, Peller disclosed that the total cost of the property was estimated at ₦300 million. However, a promotional agreement between him and the developers which included brand promotion and other undisclosed terms reportedly reduced the cost to around ₦200 million. Following the agreement, he paid a ₦100 million deposit to initiate the project.
Recently, Peller visited the site for a supervision check and discovered that no progress had been made. In response, he requested a full refund, but was informed that the process would take some time, despite his insistence on an immediate reimbursement.
Expressing his frustration over the situation, Peller stated, “I’m dying in silence… I’m not happy.”
No further statements have been made by the company involved at the time of this report.
